Staff Technical Program Manager - Datacenter & AI Infrastructure (RFP Focus)

About the role

The Staff Technical Program Manager will focus on datacenter and AI infrastructure projects within Supermicro's RFP process. This role will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and deliverables for datacenter and AI infrastructure projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and operations
• Ensure alignment with company goals and project scope
• Develop and maintain project plans and documentation
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage contract negotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in program management or project management
• Experience with datacenter and AI infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
