Responsibilities
- Own the program management framework for Agent Cockpit, ensuring smooth delivery and execution processes
- Drive coordination of technical dependencies and manage platform migrations effectively
- Lead readiness and risk management processes for platform launches, ensuring all security measures are in place
- Collaborate with Engineering to enhance platform reliability, observability, and performance metrics
- Manage cross-functional alignment, ensuring stakeholder requests are prioritized and communicated effectively
- Support agent enablement by maintaining operational resources and guidance for team members
Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical program management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience in coordinating engineering dependency management and API/interface migrations
- Proven ability in driving security reviews and operational risk workflows in production
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or similar delivery frameworks and managing technical backlogs
- Ability to effectively utilize generative AI to enhance workflow efficiency
