Staff Technical Program Manager, Developer Experience

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive program execution by turning priorities into actionable plans
• Track project work against targets and identify blockers early
• Manage multi-team initiatives to ensure minimal disruption
• Facilitate alignment between cross-functional teams on shared issues
• Promote automated governance to enhance developer workflows
• Coordinate with vendors to maximize value from tool investments
• Support change management initiatives to drive tool adoption

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading technical programs in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering
• BS or MS in an engineering-related discipline or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programs independently
• Experience driving technical and cultural change in regulated environments
• Experience coordinating enterprise software vendor relationships
• Ability to communicate metrics in a clear and honest manner
• Focus on enabling developer productivity and reducing friction
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications

Pay

$134,700 – $245,000 annually
