What You'll Do

We are seeking a Staff-level, AI-first Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of complex programs across our Sales and CPQ/Finance systems landscape. This is a senior individual contributor role with enterprise-wide influence, reporting to the VP of Business Technology.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Program Ownership – Q2C & Finance Systems

    • Own end-to-end delivery of programs across the Sales and CPQ/Finance systems portfolio—from intake and scoping through launch, hypercare, and value realization.
    • Lead complex Quote-to-Cash programs spanning CPQ, order management, contracts, billing, revenue recognition, and renewals, coordinating work across Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ), NetSuite, and integration layers.
    • Drive requirements, design reviews, build, test (including UAT), cutover, and go-live across business and technical stakeholders.
    • Manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, critical path, risks, and issues; make trade-off recommendations with clear data and options.
    • Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Business Systems to ensure solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with the enterprise data and systems strategy.
    • Ensure compliance and auditability for revenue-impacting programs in partnership with Finance, Legal, and Security (e.g., ASC 606, SOX, data privacy).
  • AI-First Execution

    • Operate as an AI-first TPM: use AI tools for requirements synthesis, meeting and decision capture, status rollups, risk detection, test case generation, and executive communication.
    • Proactively identify where AI, automation, and agentic workflows can be embedded into the Q2C process itself—deal desk, quoting, approvals, contract review, billing exceptions, collections—and shepherd those use cases from idea to production.
    • Evaluate AI-enabled features from Salesforce, NetSuite, and adjacent vendors; pressure-test vendor claims and drive pilots with clear success metrics.
    • Partner with Security, Legal, and Data Governance on responsible AI adoption—data handling, human-in-the-loop review, auditability, and vendor risk—for any AI introduced into the revenue stack.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

    • Serve as the trusted program partner for Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal leaders; translate between business intent and technical execution.
    • Run program-level governance: steering committees, working sessions, status reviews, and executive updates with crisp narratives and clear asks.
    • Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to executives in plain language, backed by data; escalate early and with recommended paths forward.
  • Contribution to the TPM Guild

    • Serve as a senior practitioner and active contributor to the PMO guild—sharing what's working, codifying hard-won patterns into reusable playbooks, and elevating the craft across the broader TPM community.
    • Participate in peer review of program plans and executive narratives; provide candid, constructive feedback to fellow TPMs working on Q2C and enterprise systems programs.
    • Contribute to and evolve shared PMO standards, templates, and playbooks (intake, RAID, release readiness, exec comms) so the whole team benefits from proven patterns.
    • Model AI-first ways of working for the team—share what's working, where AI breaks down, and how to adopt new tools responsibly.
    • Influence prioritization and strategy at the portfolio level in partnership with the VP of Business Technology and functional leaders; help shape the Q2C roadmap beyond any single program.
  • Delivery Excellence & Reporting

    • Establish and run the operating cadence for your programs—planning, standups, risk reviews, change control, and release readiness—tailored to the delivery model (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and the needs of Finance-critical systems.
    • Maintain dashboards and artifacts (roadmaps, RAID logs, RACI, release plans) that give stakeholders real-time visibility into portfolio health and business value.
    • Run retrospectives and drive continuous improvement across your programs; contribute playbooks and standards back into the PMO.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related field.
    • 12+ years of experience in technical program management delivering complex, cross-functional enterprise technology programs, including recent experience operating at a senior altitude.
    • Proven experience leading complex Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) programs end-to-end—including CPQ, order management, contracts, billing, revenue recognition, and renewals—across Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT.
    • Hands-on program experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ) and NetSuite, including integrations with surrounding systems (e.g., billing, CLM, tax, data warehouse).
    • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLM-based assistants, copilots, agentic workflows) to improve program delivery, reporting, and personal productivity, with a clear point of view on where AI does and does not add value.
    • Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, and the judgment to choose the right approach for each program.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence—shaping program direction, elevating peers, and driving alignment across functions without requiring formal authority.
    • Executive presence and excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence senior stakeholders and hold the room.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience delivering Q2C transformations in a high-growth or SaaS/subscription business, including subscription billing, usage-based pricing, and renewals motions.
    • Familiarity with revenue and compliance requirements (ASC 606, SOX) and how they shape system design and program governance.
    • Track record of delivering AI/ML, GenAI, or intelligent automation use cases within Sales or Finance systems (e.g., deal desk automation, contract intelligence, collections, forecasting).
    • Background in cloud/SaaS environments, integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi), and data platforms supporting revenue analytics.
    • Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana), AI-enabled productivity tools, and business intelligence platforms.
    • History of contributing to a TPM community of practice—developing standards, mentoring peers informally, or driving cross-team knowledge-sharing.
    • Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or equivalent; Salesforce or NetSuite certifications are a plus.
