  • System Implementation & Feature Delivery
    • Author Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications that balance business impact with technical feasibility.
    • Coordinate across engineering, vendor teams, and business owners to deliver system configurations, integrations, and workflows that support both daily operations and long-term transformation.
  • Business-Technical Liaison & Solution Translator

    • Partner with business and technical teams to redesign workflows and implement system-driven, repeatable solutions that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and support future business scale.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives grounded in data and cross-functional feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Influence
    • Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Finance, Legal, Programming, Content Ops, Marketing, and Data teams.
    • Proactively manage interdependencies, clarify priorities, and ensure deliverables meet both strategic and operational requirements.
    • Serve as the connective tissue across stakeholder groups, keeping communication open, proactive, and focused on value delivery.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in digital media, system implementation, or product management.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to align systems initiatives with long-term business goals, prioritize high-impact features, and define phased delivery roadmaps that support scale, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering critical project outputs, including:
    • Hands-on experience leading end-to-end system implementations and enhancements.
    • Strong understanding of legal and financial workflows.
  • Proven ability to gather, synthesize, and translate complex and often ambiguous business requirements into structured features, user stories, and configuration guidance for internal and external developers.
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator, skilled in working across business, legal, engineering, and vendor teams, with a consistent ability to:
    • Drive clarity and alignment in ambiguous or complex situations.
    • Influence without authority, building trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
