Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Hourly Restaurant Team Assistant to support all Front-of-House (FOH) duties, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests
• Managing reservations
• Assisting with menu inquiries
• Monitoring dining flow
• Delivering food and beverages
• Maintaining a clean, organized environment
• Cooking and serving food
• Coordinating between kitchen and service staff
• Confirming order accuracy
• Adhering to safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications And Skills

• Knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Attention to detail and a guest-service mindset
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Basic food and beverage service etiquette

Additional Requirements

• Must be at least sixteen years old
• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required (training available)
