Staff Solutions Architect, Growth - West

About the role

This position leads technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term growth in a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with prospects to evaluate their applications' compatibility with the company’s platform
• Educate customers and prospects on the technical capabilities of the company’s services
• Position the company as a top choice against competing technologies
• Promote increased adoption of the company within customer engineering teams
• Work closely with Account Executives to create and implement account strategies
• Cultivate relationships with technical decision-makers to enhance usage of the company

Requirements

• Must reside in the Western Time Zone, preferably in San Francisco or Denver
• Exceptional skills in technical communication, including presentations and writing
• Strong background in distributed system technologies and best practices
• Experience in building prototypes using supported languages like Java, Golang, or Python
• Knowledge of operational considerations for production environments including security and performance
• Ability to advise on architectural topics and application patterns
• Familiarity with major cloud providers and their application services

Pay

$250,000 – $300,000 annually
