Staff Software Engineer, MDLC

Responsibilities

• Enhance tagging capabilities for improved model discoverability
• Expand large language model hosting for customer scalability needs
• Innovate the company Apps by incorporating customer-driven feature requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration
• Design and implement scalable APIs for various applications
• Optimize back-end performance in distributed computing environments

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in developing and managing back-end systems in distributed environments
• Proficiency in API development and securing RESTful or gRPC APIs
• Experience optimizing performance in cloud-based systems using tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiar with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipeline setup
• Knowledge of ML model deployment and lifecycle management tools, preferably MLflow or KubeFlow
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark or Azure ML
• Proficient in at least one back-end programming language like Python, Java, Scala, or Go
