Staff Software Engineer, GRC

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead large technical projects for scalable and reliable systems
• Drive multi-quarter initiatives for sustained impact across product areas
• Rally cross-functional teams to ensure project completion
• Make strategic decisions that align with long-term success
• Champion continuous improvement in technical processes
• Guide teams through complex technical challenges
• Provide clear solutions for product and operational issues
• Model collaborative behaviors and mentor engineering teams

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of industry experience in software engineering
• Deep expertise in areas like frontend, databases, distributed systems, or APIs
• Proven leadership of complex technical initiatives
• Mastery in system design and software architecture
• Extensive experience with user-facing SaaS products for both startups and enterprises
• Strong mentorship capabilities with a focus on team development
• Excellent communication skills for influencing technical decisions
• Willingness to leverage AI to enhance productivity and decision-making

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
