For patients in all other states, this is known as “Charlie Health Medical, P.A.”

Responsibilities

  • Manage client communications and ensure smooth interactions between clients and clinical staff.
  • Support the development and implementation of treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to provide comprehensive support to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in mental health or addiction treatment settings.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and familiarity with mental health and addiction disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including those from BIPOC communities, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, military members, and those with maternal concerns.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in telehealth platforms and software.
