Staff Software Engineer, DevPlatform

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the developer platform's infrastructure
• Develop features for external developers, including SQL database services
• Engage in all development phases: technical design, development, testing, and launch
• Review code and design documents, providing constructive feedback
• Participate in team strategy and planning discussions, ensuring all voices are heard

Qualifications

• 7+ years in backend, infrastructure, developer tools, or app platforms
• Experience leading large-scale projects and performing troubleshooting tasks
• Proficient in Go, Typescript, Redis, distributed SQL, and Kubernetes
• Skilled in mentoring and coaching engineers with strong best practices
• Entrepreneurial mindset—self-directed and innovative in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a remote setting
