About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Developer Experience to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will focus on shaping developer-facing solutions that improve how AI and ML capabilities are designed, deployed, and evaluated within a complex technical environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate ambiguous business or technical challenges into clear algorithmic approaches. You will partner closely with data scientists and other technical stakeholders to advance solutions that perform well against real-world data and support broader engineering effectiveness. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Identify and define complex problems for AI-driven solutions

Pay
Compensation: $130,000 – $155,000 annually
