Staff Software Engineer - Cloud Platform Engineering

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across major platforms
• Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormation
• Implement site reliability engineering practices for cloud services
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Deploy and scale applications on Kubernetes
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery of applications
• Ensure compliance with security standards and conduct audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in cloud engineering or site reliability engineering
• Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and configuration management tools
• Familiarity with AI-OPS practices
• Experience with SRE principles, monitoring, and observability tools
• Strong coding skills in Python or Go and familiarity with Git

Pay

$180,000 – $200,000 annually
