About the Team

The Pricing team combines algorithmic intelligence with high-scale distributed systems to power Walmart's real-time pricing platform across all omni-channel touchpoints. The team builds and maintains low-latency, fault-tolerant services that compute, serve, and enforce accurate prices for millions of items — supporting Walmart's mission of delivering Everyday Low Prices to customers in-store, online, and on mobile. Engineers on this team design reusable, cloud-native pricing primitives on WCNP, drive price consistency across US and international markets, and partner closely with Merchandising, Market Place, Finance, and Data Science teams to translate competitive pricing strategies into production-grade technology. What You'll Do

  • Analyze and classify requirements, including functional and non-functional, to align solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum:

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Pay

  • Hoboken, New Jersey: $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 annual salary
  • Bentonville, Arkansas: $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 annual salary
  • Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock for certain positions.
