The CC Factory, within Nubank’s Credit Card Business Unit, is responsible for internationalizing our credit card product and creating a reusable foundation for launching it in new markets. The team recently launched credit card capabilities in the United States and is building the frameworks, platforms and AI-enabled practices required to scale into future countries. As a Staff Software Engineer, AI & Credit Card Platform, you will operate across multiple squads and technical domains, helping shape how credit card products adapt to new markets. This is a strongly cross-functional role involving Product, Engineering, Business, Legal, Compliance and platform partners. You will combine deep technical leadership with hands-on execution: building reusable country-launch capabilities, driving AI transformation across the engineering lifecycle, and guiding architecture across three to four squads. This is a Staff-level role with potential to grow toward broader technical scope over time.

Responsibilities

• Building the Country Launch Engine: Create reusable systems that reduce the time and effort required to launch credit card products in new markets, replacing country-specific documentation and repeated discovery with scalable capabilities.
