Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable infrastructure and services for production systems.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability using observability and alerting tools.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive incident resolution.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and system automation.
- Collaborate with software, QA, and platform teams to improve system reliability and performance.
- Implement and support SRE best practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and incident response processes.
- Contribute to automation and AI-driven operational workflows where applicable.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or a related technical field.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in production environments.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment workflows.
- Travel may be required up to 10% depending on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in energy, utilities, or renewable systems (solar preferred).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven monitoring or operational tooling.
