About the Role
The Staff Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the planning and scheduling of staff resources to meet clinical trial activity needs.
Responsibilities
- Review study protocols and develop scheduling plans based on clinical trial activity needs.
- Ensure the review and approval of scheduling plans.
- Proactively solve and/or escalate planning and scheduling constraints.
- Maintain a continuous line of communication with clinical operations teams on the progression of clinical trial scheduling.
- Collaborate with training teams to schedule trainees with trainers on clinical activity tasks.
- Provide clinical trial staffing schedules to clinical operations teams in a time-efficient manner.
- Communicate with placement agencies to schedule contract employees as needed.
- Track staff availability and schedule staff appropriately.
- Complete and/or maintain training as required per job needs.
- Perform general administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree and related work experience preferred.
- Good communication skills (French and English for Montreal location).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and customer service focused.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
The hourly range estimated for this position is $22 - $30/hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location, as well as internal equity and market data.
