Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly nursing staff schedules for all shifts
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage for all departments according to census, acuity, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor call-offs, tardiness, and schedule changes; find replacements and adjust schedules accordingly
- Cookordinate with the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisors to address staffing issues or needs
Requirements
- STNA certification is Required!
- Or a has a current LPN license.
