Staff RN - Surgical Unit, Night Shift

About the Role

We are seeking a registered nurse for a full-time night shift role in a dynamic healthcare setting. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork within a High Reliability Organization environment and offers opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessing patient health status, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient responses.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs following the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Actively participate in process improvement efforts to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and documentation.
• Engage in collaborative problem-solving and continuous care evaluation.

Requirements

• Valid Ohio RN license or multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required within five years of employment.
• Commitment to excellence in patient care.

Schedule

Full-time night shift.
