About the role

The Staff RN – Mother/Baby position at the Gwinnett Campus is a full-time night shift role located in the Gwinnett Women's Pavilion in Lawrenceville, GA. This position requires rotating weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering IVs, and performing procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately and timely
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current RN license in good standing with the Georgia Board of Nursing
• One year of relevant clinical experience preferred

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
