Responsibilities
- Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments (30%)
- Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes (30%)
- Evaluates and documents patient responses to interventions and revises plans based on data (20%)
- Participates in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%)
- Supports operations within a high reliability organization framework focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency (10%)
Requirements
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
Qualifications
- Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Field of study: Nursing
