About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider, serving patients across the lifespan. They utilize the nursing process to deliver holistic, compassionate, and technologically competent care, collaborating with healthcare professionals and guiding ancillary staff. The role emphasizes professional growth, accountability, and adherence to organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Valid LPN license in Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
• BLS certification
• Clinical competency in the specialty area preferred
• Hospital experience and emergency department certifications (ALS/ACLS, PALS) preferred, with certification timelines specified for new or experienced nurses.
