About the role
This nursing position provides care to patients and families across various healthcare settings, collaborating with the team and adhering to nursing practice standards.
Responsibilities
- Performing initial and ongoing health assessments (30%)
- Developing and documenting care plans based on diagnoses (30%)
- Implementing and evaluating interventions, adjusting care as needed (20%)
- Participating in process improvements to enhance quality, safety, and patient satisfaction (10%)
- Supporting operational tasks (10%)
Qualifications
- An Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- RN licensure
- BLS certification
- A valid driver’s license
Work Schedule
Night shift, 24 hours weekly, in the Labor and Delivery Unit.
