Staff RN- Grant, ICU

Responsibilities

• Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual (30%).
• Bases nursing interventions on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documenting planned interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).
• Evaluates and documents responses to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; collaborates with multidisciplinary team to revise plan of care based on evaluative data (20%).
• Participates actively in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
• Focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency in performing job duties as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO) (10%).

Qualifications

• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
• RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
