About the role

Location: Milwaukee, WI at Froedtert Hospital facility. On‑site position. FTE 0.9 (36 standard hours per shift). Shift 1.

Job Summary: The Registered Nurse is a practitioner who is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This individual demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an assigned patient group.
• Demonstrate competency in delivering care to an adult inpatient population.

Requirements

• Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to the area of employment.
• Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice sufficient for RN licensure (accredited School of Nursing).
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or multi‑state NLC license.
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider (or approved equivalent) within 90 days of hire.
• Oncology: attain oncology nursing certification or complete 10 hours oncology‑focused CE per year.
• Education: BSN preferred; if hired without BSN and
