Job Description Summary
We provide general nursing care to patients and families in diverse, acute health care settings. This position operates 24/7/365 and is eligible for weekend and shift differential.
Responsibilities And Duties
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care provided to assigned patients.
Delegates nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs based on the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
Participates in process improvement activities related to clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
Focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency in performing job duties as a High Reliability Organization (HRO).
Minimum Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current RN license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
BLS certification.
Associate's Degree (Required).
BSN required within 5 years of employment.
