Staff RN - Cath Lab - Part Time 8 Hours Variable Shift (Union, Non-Exempt) *Up to $2500 Sign On Bonus

About the role

The role involves providing safe, therapeutic care to acutely ill patients with medical/surgical diagnoses or maternal-child health conditions. Responsibilities include carrying out established nursing procedures and performing nursing care for patients with complex, multisystem needs.

Responsibilities

• Accountable to the unit manager and/or department director.
• Adherence to nursing standards of practice.
• Demonstrate competence in critical behaviors for assigned area.
• Maintain a positive attitude and positive working relationships within the team.
• Delegated responsibility for planning, directing, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
• Understand and participate in the organization-wide Performance Improvement Program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager/director/clinical lead RN.

Requirements

• Minimum: Associate degree in nursing.
• Possess basic computer skills.
• Registered nurse with current RN license in California.
• A current ACLS certification.
• A current BLS certification.
• One-year acute care experience, preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN experience in the specific service or department preferred.

Skills

Must demonstrate competency in IV therapy and medication administration.

Pay

The hourly rate range for this position is $49.86 - $76.69.

Schedule

Variable shift, 8 hours per day.
