Experienced Staff RN providing inpatient nursing care within a leading healthcare network.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient-centered care for diverse populations.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and provide patient and family education.
- Ensure accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Participate in a call rotation to support urgent care needs.

- Proven experience in inpatient nursing care.
