Role: Staff RN in a Freestanding Emergency Department Responsibilities Provide rapid assessment, triage, and evidence-based emergency nursing care for diverse patient populations.Collaborate with physicians and care team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.Administer medications and monitor cardiac and vital signs.Maintain accurate Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation.Uphold safety and infection control standards.Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Registered Nurse with relevant clinical experience.Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
