Staff RN

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse emergency patients from triage to discharge or admission.
• Perform rapid assessments, administer medications, manage IV therapy, and monitor patient conditions continuously.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately in the EHR, educate patients and families, and uphold safety and infection control standards.
