About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Research Associate to support and advance laboratory research operations through hands-on scientific work, strategic coordination, and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research activities
- Manage laboratory resources and workflows
- Maintain accurate research records and data documentation
- Auxiliary in the strategic planning and long-term organization of the lab
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a Biological Science, Physical Science, Chemistry, or related field
- 60 months research specialty experience
- Equivlency/Substitution: Ph.D. plus 36 months experience as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow
Department Preferences
- 12 months of supervisory experience

Pay
- Pay Range: Targeted salary of up to $60,400 based on experience
