Staff Registered Nurse
Brief Description
We are seeking experienced dialysis Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team of medical professionals overseeing the delivery of dialysis and the care of patients at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC). The RN is responsible for providing education to patients, supervising Dialysis Technicians, adjusting treatment plans per standing orders, monitoring the patient’s outcomes, administering medications, and participating in quality improvement projects. You will collaborate with others in our care team (social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists) to support and treat patients during dialysis. Our outpatient clinics provide you with a consistent weekly schedule with Sundays off for work/life balance. You’ll build rapport with your patients and see the positive impact as you provide life-saving care over time. We train RNs who are interested in pursuing a career in the dialysis field. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or Multistate Nurse Compact License
- Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) with American Heart Association
- Previous Hemodialysis or Peritoneal dialysis experience preferred
- Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing preferred
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing

Pay
Hourly pay range for this position is $36.38 - $60.88 per hour. Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role. Sign on bonus available for experienced nurses!
Schedule
Outpatient clinics operate Monday – Saturday with a variety of shifts available. No overnight or on-call shifts!
