RN Registered Nurse

About the role

We are affiliated with Life Care Centers of America, a privately owned 47‑year industry leader in healthcare with more than 200 locations across the United States. We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team and help provide quality patient care while supporting the professional growth of our associates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact, promoting the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in condition.
• Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.
• Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward patients.
• Apply reasoning skills and good judgment in clinical decision‑making.
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Current, active RN license in good standing in the applicable state; must be maintained throughout employment.
• One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required upon hire or obtainable during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
