We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities? Duties section. Qualifications? Yes. Benefits? Not really. Pay? There's mention of "Competitive salary and regular salary increases" but that's vague; we should not include Pay unless specific. The posting says "Pay: Competitive salary and regular salary increases he When setting pay - a higher step rate..." It's vague; but it's still mention of pay. However rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state "Pay: Competitive salary and regular salary increases". That's somewhat specific? It's generic but still states pay. Might include. Schedule: "Work Schedule: 0800-1630 - Monday-Friday". So schedule present. Benefits: Not explicit; there is mention of Paid Time Off: 37-50 days of annual paid time off per year (13-26 days of annual leave - 13 days of sick leave - 11 paid Federal holidays per year). That's benefits. So we can include Benefits section with that detail. Also EDRP info is a benefit? Could be part of Benefits. We'll include Benefits with EDRP and PTO. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. We have Duties (Responsibilities). Qualifications (Requirements). Benefits (Paid Time Off, EDRP). Pay (Competitive salary). Schedule (Work Schedule). Possibly Skills? Not explicit. Could omit. We need to preserve all substantive info. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, navigation, etc. Must remove duplicated lines. We need to extract duties list: many sentences. We'll turn into
  • items. Qualifications: huge block. We'll need to preserve but maybe condense? Must not summarize away detail; but we can keep as paragraphs? The instruction: Use

for prose. So we can put qualification text in

(maybe multiple paragraphs). Must not omit details. However the qualification text is long; we can keep as is but maybe break into paragraphs for readability. Must not invent. We need to remove filler like "See 'Duties section' for additional information." That's part of summary; we can keep? It's referencing duties; maybe keep but it's not substantive? Might be okay. But we can drop as it's just a reference. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's a YouTube link; that's not boilerplate but maybe considered a link; we can keep? It's not required but could be considered extra; but it's not prohibited. Might keep as part of description? Probably safe to keep. We must not include duplicated lines. There's some repeated lines about Grandfathering Provision etc. We'll keep once. Let's craft HTML:
