As the Staff Program Manager, Operational Quality, you monitor day-to-day operational performance against SOPs and operational commitments — uptime, recovery time, on-time delivery — across Aurora's operational ecosystem. You support escalation resolution, maintain scorecard data integrity, and flag emerging performance risk to leaders across Autonomous Operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment on when to escalate, and the ability to operate effectively across a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
