  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations, Business Development, Capture, Business Management, HR, and other stakeholders to plan and execute deployments and integrations across the tools.
  • Help align workflows, data flows, and business rules across program management tools to support seamless end-to-end program management processes.
  • Deliver "train-the-trainer" sessions and hands-on workshops, tailoring content for each tool and audience.
  • Provide clear, helpful support to users adopting the new platforms, including troubleshooting, answering how-to questions, and gathering feedback to improve usability and adoption.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for WorkforceOne and the complementary PM tools, conducting data quality checks and usage reviews to ensure tools are being used correctly and data is decision-quality.
  • Support post-implementation reviews for each tool and for the integrated ecosystem, documenting lessons learned and suggesting improvements for future builds, releases, and process enhancements.
