Staff Product Marketing Manager, Revenue
About the role
We're looking for a Staff Product Marketing Manager, Revenue to define how Linktree's monetization strategy is understood, experienced, and brought to market. This is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the long-term positioning, pricing narrative, and go-to-market strategy for Linktree's paid products and revenue ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Define Linktree's revenue product marketing strategy
- Own the long-term product marketing strategy for Linktree's monetization ecosystem, including subscriptions, add-ons, new revenue products, and future pricing initiatives
- Develop the positioning architecture and messaging strategy that communicates the value of our paid experiences across user segments, markets, and creator verticals
- Establish the strategic narrative for how Linktree evolves from a free product into a platform users are excited to invest in
- Drive company-wide alignment around monetization priorities through clear customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive positioning
- Influence pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy
- Partner with Product, Growth, Finance, and Executive Leadership to shape pricing, packaging, bundling, and monetization decisions before products reach market
- Create customer segmentation frameworks, willingness-to-pay research, and value-based positioning that inform strategic investment decisions
- Create repeatable frameworks for evaluating monetization opportunities and emerging revenue products
- Lead monetization go-to-market strategy
- Define GTM strategy for major revenue initiatives across the customer lifecycle
- Determine launch strategy, audience prioritization, positioning, messaging hierarchy, and success metrics for new subscription offerings and monetization features
- Partner across Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth, Brand, Paid, and Creative to ensure launches are cohesive and strategically aligned
- Drive executive-level launch readiness across cross-functional teams
- Elevate the in-product monetization experience
- Partner with Product and Design to shape how monetization experiences are introduced within the product
- Define principles and messaging frameworks that guide upgrade flows, pricing surfaces, onboarding, experimentation, and conversion experiences
- Use behavioral insights, experimentation, and customer research to continuously improve monetization performance without sacrificing customer trust
- Lead strategic revenue campaigns
- Own the strategic narrative behind major commercial moments including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, annual subscription campaigns, and global pricing initiatives
- Ensure every campaign reinforces Linktree's long-term positioning while driving measurable business outcomes
- Partner with Brand and Creative teams to evolve how revenue campaigns show up across every customer touchpoint
- Shape partner and ecosystem narratives
- Partner with Product, Partnerships, and Sales teams to communicate the value of Linktree's audience, products, and platform to external partners
- Build messaging frameworks that scale across new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Raise the bar across Product Marketing
- Create frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that improve how the team approaches positioning, monetization, and product launches
- Coach and mentor other product marketers while influencing cross-functional leaders without direct authority
- Represent Product Marketing in executive discussions and help shape company-level strategic priorities
Requirements
8–12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Strategy, or related roles, with significant experience leading monetization or subscription businesses.
Deep understanding of subscription businesses and key metrics including conversion, activation, retention, expansion, ARPU, LTV, and pricing elasticity.
Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to simplify complex product and business decisions into compelling customer narratives.
Strong executive communication skills with experience influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience leading highly ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with hands-on execution when needed.
Track record of mentoring teammates and elevating the quality of work across an organization.
Passion for customer insights, experimentation, and using data to inform strategic decisions.
