About the role

The Staff Product Marketing Manager will lead the product marketing efforts for our Quantum Networking & Security division. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive demand and support the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for quantum networking and security products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the product marketing budget and track ROI to optimize spend.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain key messaging and collateral materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide targeted marketing support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing or a similar role.
  • Experience with quantum technology and cybersecurity products is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
