TwelveLabs · San Francisco, CA · 2 days ago
HybridMarketing$200k–$240k/yrFull-time

About the role

The Platform Integrations team owns the path to bring TwelveLabs models to major clouds and data platforms. This role is pivotal for future AI services integrations. Key responsibilities include owning the product roadmap, deciding which integrations to build, validating demand, leading integrations from concept to market, aligning cross-functional teams, and representing TwelveLabs in partner conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the product roadmap for co-development, distribution, and integration partnerships across major cloud providers and data platforms.
  • Partnering directly with product and engineering counterparts at platform companies to scope, prioritize, and ship joint integrations.
  • Identifying business and technical risks behind each proposed integration and designing tests to validate partner and customer demand before engineering execution.
  • Translating ambiguous, multi-stakeholder partner requirements into clear product specifications that internal and partner engineering teams can execute.
  • Driving integrations end to end, including technical design, security and compliance review, GTM enablement, launch, and co-sell readiness.
  • Aligning Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing on roadmap priorities, pricing, packaging, and joint go-to-market plans.
  • Tracking partner-sourced pipeline, usage, and adoption as the core success metrics for the integrations you own.
  • Holding the roadmap accountable to product and business outcomes rather than the number of integrations shipped.

Requirements

7 to 10 years of product management experience, with meaningful work in partnerships, platform, ecosystem, or integration products. Demonstrated capability matters more than tenure. Experience in a customer-facing solutions architecture or forward-deployed engineering role, with real depth in system architecture and/or machine learning. Strong technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, system architecture, and API design, with an emphasis on GPU heavy integrations. Experience operating in a startup or high-growth environment with fast-shifting priorities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience with hyperscaler co-sell or partner programs such as AWS Partner Central and ACE, Azure Marketplace, or GCP Partner Advantage. Familiarity with foundation models, vector or embedding-based data platforms, or AI/ML inference infrastructure. Background in media, video, or content technology.
