About the role
We're looking for a Senior Staff Platform Product Manager to lead one of Intuit's most critical platforms: the connectivity layer powering QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic vision for Intuit's data integration platform, expanding connectivity across QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp.
- Scout, evaluate, and onboard new data providers to expand the ecosystem and unlock new revenue.
- Partner with external providers to design and build secure, high-scale integrations that meet enterprise reliability standards.
- Own integration quality end-to-end, proactively resolving issues with partners before they reach customers.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI across the platform, improving data quality, automation, and developer experience.
- Influence adjacent product roadmaps to deliver optimal ecosystem-wide experiences across Business Units (BUs).
- Craft compelling narratives and decision docs that drive alignment from engineers to Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) on platform strategy.
- Conduct customer and developer discovery to identify high-impact integration gaps and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years in product management, with experience owning platform or infrastructure products.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data standards, and platform design principles, including AI-powered capabilities.
- Track record of shipping integrations or platform capabilities at scale across multiple teams.
- Proven ability to build and manage external partnerships (data providers, fintech partners, industry bodies).
- Domain knowledge in FinTech, Banking Standards, Payments, or ERP is a plus.
- Skilled storyteller and communicator, comfortable influencing senior leadership on platform strategy.
- Demonstrated data-driven approach to measuring ecosystem health, partner performance, and business outcomes.
- Quick learner who can ramp into complex technical domains with minimal hand-holding.
