Staff Product Manager, Monetization

For our client, a leader in the Technical Services space, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager to shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes.

About the role

This position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a Technical Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete buying journey across the company, ensuring smooth customer transitions from freemium to paid solutions
• Define a new monetization strategy emphasizing personalized, context-aware upgrade moments driven by AI
• Collaborate with product teams to harmonize buying patterns and customer experience across platforms
• Engage with marketing teams on pricing strategies and customer communications pertinent to monetization efforts
• Present strategic insights and performance metrics to senior leaders, including executives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing the monetization or buying experience for SaaS products
• Expertise in credit-based, usage-based, or outcome-based pricing models
• Strong cross-functional alignment skills to influence teams without direct authority
• Proven experience with AI products and understanding of how LLMs impact strategy
• Fluency in strategic business models for pricing and monetization
• Experience in scaling organizations and entrepreneurial environments
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset that embraces challenges

Pay

$205,500 – $328,800 annually
