Own all product development for supporting, and improving our SEO efforts.
Develop and implement a forward-looking SEO strategy to substantially grow top-of-funnel user acquisition.
Lead technical SEO initiatives spanning site architecture, internal linking, crawl efficiency, schema markup, index health & more.
Partner closely with Engineering, Analytics, and Category teams to embed SEO into platform development.
Create the ideal user flows to retain acquired users and explain to SEO users what Reddit is about.
Develop frameworks for optimizing structured data, content signals, and entity authority for LLM discoverability.

A foundational understanding of the SEO ecosystem.
Expertise in technical SEO at scale (large site architecture, programmatic SEO, structured data, crawl optimization).
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
5+ years working as a product manager.
Experience delivering / partnering with cross functional teams to deliver complex and scaled projects.
Strong analytical skills with experience in applied statistical analysis.
Experience directly driving execution across all aspects of product development cycle.
Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally and without direct authority.

The base salary range for this position is: $217,000 - $303,900 USD
