Staff Product Manager, Financial Risk

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for the Financial Risk platform, ensuring balance between fraud prevention and client experience
• Drive the roadmap for the Decision Platform by evaluating fraud risk across various transaction types
• Develop fraud investigation tooling and automations to enhance team efficiency
• Define and evolve frameworks for responding to fraud signals effectively
• Design extensible APIs and integration patterns for operational teams
• Collaborate with Fraud and Data Science teams on model integration and rule development
• Manage key risk metrics to inform prioritization and strategy work
• Break down complex infrastructure projects into manageable phases delivering incremental value

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of product management experience in fraud, risk, or trust & safety related systems
• Experience as a platform PM, focused on internal developer experience
• Strong understanding of streaming architectures and workflow orchestration
• Ability to context-switch across real-time decision-making and investigation tools
• Proficient in using data analysis for identifying patterns and measuring effectiveness
• Previous experience working with fraud operations teams to improve workflows and tooling
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated with a focus on action and project advancement

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
