Staff Product Manager, Files Platform

For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join their team and lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery.

About the role

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for the Files Platform from migration to advanced workflow capabilities
• Drive product discovery across user groups and prioritize roadmap based on findings
• Align multiple teams around a unified Files vision to create a comprehensive platform
• Manage roadmap balancing migration, urgent needs, and long-term strategic aims
• Enhance files experience with improvements in search, sharing, and organization
• Make build-vs-partner decisions for leveraging partner capabilities versus developing in-house solutions
• Develop intelligent document capabilities while ensuring enterprise-level security controls
• Oversee migration and client adoption processes to maximize value and minimize disruption
• Define and track success metrics like adoption and client satisfaction
• Communicate progress and influence stakeholders across various functions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Proven track record of owning product strategy and execution end-to-end
• Strong understanding of technically complex products involving APIs and metadata
• Exceptional communication skills to align diverse teams
• Customer-focused with empathy for various users dependent on files
• Ability to evaluate build-vs-buy decisions effectively
• Commercially savvy, connecting platform investments to broader business outcomes
• Interest in the future of intelligent document workflows with AI integration

Pay

$142,000 – $223,000 annually
