Staff Product Manager - Enterprise AI (Collaboration) - Hybrid

The Enterprise AI Platform team is the central engine for Cisco’s enterprise AI strategy, comprising experts across engineering, UX, and product, owning the platform that enables development of AI solutions for enterprise problems at scale. As a Staff AI Product Manager, you will drive the roadmap for Cisco's agentic platform and experiences, own the product lifecycle end-to-end, translate technical capabilities into actionable roadmaps, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver secure, high-impact AI solutions that empower the global workforce.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and refine the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise AI solutions, aligning with stakeholder needs and Cisco’s business goals.
• Champion platform-level thinking: evaluate feature requests and product decisions for their impact on the broader Enterprise platform ecosystem, not just a single surface, and push back on point solutions that create long-term fragmentation.
• Requirements Gathering & PRD Ownership: Lead the requirements gathering process; synthesize user problems and solution ideas from focus groups and other sources
