About the role
Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-generation catalog platform capabilities. Build scalable systems that power product data quality, onboarding, and lifecycle management across Walmart’s ecosystem. Enable seamless onboarding and integration of Marketplace catalogs onto Walmart’s platform. Partner cross-functionally to unlock new experiences and capabilities for sellers and customers. Deliver high-impact platform features that improve discoverability, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex product areas, driving roadmap prioritization, strategy, and execution with senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, business, and operational teams to deliver measurable outcomes
- Define success metrics, shape go-to-market strategies, and drive adoption at scale
- Translate user pain points into innovative product solutions with a deep customer focus
- Synthesize large datasets into actionable insights and champion data-driven decision making
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management
- Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience supporting an inclusive culture

Pay
Annual salary range:
- Sunnyvale, California: $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
- Bentonville, Arkansas: $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock for certain positions.
