Staff Product Manager, BioPharma Platforms

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager, BioPharma Platforms to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape and execute the product vision for enterprise biopharma platforms that support scientific, clinical, and operational workflows. You will partner closely with scientific, clinical operations, regulatory, and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that advance research and clinical development outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep product management experience across healthcare software and data products, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive platform strategy in a complex, regulated environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $146,250 – $224,250 annually Responsibilities Define and execute the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for biopharma platforms Lead end-to-end product development from customer discovery to enterprise-scale rollouts Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with GxP and data privacy regulations Establish metrics to measure platform velocity, scientific impact, and operational health Champion product management best practices and mentor cross-functional team members Act as a strategic partner to senior scientific leaders and align platform investments with enterprise priorities Qualifications Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline 7+ years of product management experience in healthcare, with a focus on enterprise platforms or SaaS products Proven experience with software and data products within life sciences, biotechnology, or clinical research Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders Benefits Flexible work environment with options for remote work Opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and healthcare Engagement in high-impact projects that drive clinical development and research Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies in biopharma Collaboration with leading experts in the field Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
