About the role

VSCO is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the transformation of VSCO Workspace, a CRM designed to help photographers manage their business side. The ideal candidate will set strategic direction, prioritize features, and build innovative workflows that enhance the client lifecycle for photographers.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic direction and roadmap for Workspace
  • Make hard prioritization calls about product scope and features
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, data analysis, and decision-making
  • Build lightweight prototypes or automations to test hypotheses
  • Oversee the delivery of new workflows and features
  • Regularly engage with customers to gather insights
  • Guide and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive experiences
  • Proactively communicate progress to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of full-time Product Management experience, especially in CRM software
  • Experience expanding product-market fit and driving business growth
  • Ability to transform an existing product and handle legacy constraints
  • Understanding of which CRM workflows AI can replace and which it should augment
  • Strong product strategy skills, able to define, sell, and execute on strategies
  • Experience identifying genuine user value created by AI
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex products and problems clearly
  • Strong storytelling abilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
  • Ability to balance collaboration and leadership
  • Strong prioritization and trade-off skills

Qualifications

  • A deep understanding of the creator economy, photography, and/or creative tooling industries
  • Experience as a founder or equivalent level of accountability
