About The Opportunity
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms. We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to own a strategically important product area and drive cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps.
- Own complex product areas with multiple stakeholders.
- Lead customer discovery and market analysis.
- Translate business and customer needs into product strategy.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design leadership.
- Establish product metrics and operating frameworks.
- Lead major launches and cross-functional initiatives.
- Mentor product managers and raise product management standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- Strong track record of owning complex products.
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills.
- Strong technical fluency.
- Experience influencing without direct authority.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
