Staff Product Manager
Euclid
We’re on a mission to accelerate the world’s transition to renewable energy. Our goal is to decarbonize the planet as fast as possible by empowering renewable energy teams to accomplish in days what typically takes weeks.
About the role
As a hands-on Product Manager at Euclid, you’ll bridge the gap from customer pain points to product launches, helping our business and customers scale into the future. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and end-users to identify the most important problems to solve, frame them, and drive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own early-stage product definition, from problem discovery to well-articulated PRDs, on ambiguous, high-leverage bets.
- Embed directly with strategic customers, get into the weeds on their workflows, and translate what you learn into product solutions.
- Drive engineering and design forward through influence, breaking down complex problems and building alignment without formal authority.
- Make high-stakes product and technical tradeoffs, and contribute to Euclid’s long-term product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience at a web-based software company, preferably a startup (series A to growth) and/or a software-driven services company.
- A history of independently leading high-impact product initiatives through ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align engineering, design, and executive stakeholders without managing them.
- A strong product sense, a track record of finding useful and elegant solutions to product problems.
- Comfort operating with little structure: you set the priority, the framing, and the bar.
- World-class written and spoken communication skills, the ability to distill complex concepts into a precise and concise frame.
- An understanding of how web applications are architected, and the implications for how products are built.
Qualifications
- Preferred: direct experience in solar, renewables, or energy, or a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly into a technical domain and earn credibility with expert customers.
Benefits
- Competitive, benchmarked compensation
- Health and retirement benefits
- Flexible time off
- Exciting, mission-driven work that has impact
